高血压与冠心病患者冠脉侧支循环的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨高血压对严重冠脉病变侧支循环的影响。方法经冠脉造影确诊的220例冠脉严重狭窄(95.0%)的患者分为高血压组(n=124)和非高血压组(n=96),通过冠脉造影评价两组的侧支循环形成情况。结果在高血压组的冠心病患者中,97例(78.2%)形成侧支循环,在非高血压组患者中,61例(63.5%)形成侧支循环(P<0.02);高血压组患者的左室壁厚度明显高于非高血压组(1.28±0.11)cmvs(1.20±0.09)cmP<0.01)。结论在严重的冠心病患者中,合并高血压及左室肥厚的患者冠脉侧支循环形成增加。 [Objective] To clarify the relationship of hypertension with coronar y collateral circulation in patients with severe coronary artery stenosis. [Met hods] Coronary angiography was performed on 220 patients with severe coronary s tenosis. The patients were classified into 2 groups: the hypertensive group cons isted of 124 patients, and the normotensive group consisted of 96 patients, The formation of coronary collateral circulation were analyzed and compared. by coro nary angiography. [Results] The formation rate of coronary collateral circulat ion in hypertensive group and normotensive group was 78.2%, 63.5%, (P less than 0.02), Left ventricular wall thickness was (1.28±0.11) cm in the hypertensive a nd (1.20±0.09) cm in the normotensive group (P less than 0.01). [Conclusions] Patients with hypertension and severe coronary artery disease have an increase in coronary collateral circulation corresponding to the degree of left ventricul ar wall thickness.
