角膜缘上皮移植与羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床对比观察

Clinical comparative observation of limbal epithelial transplantation and amniotic membrane transplantation for treatment of pterygium

目的观察角膜缘上皮移植与羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法对283例(314眼)翼状胬肉分别行显微切除联合角膜缘上皮移植术(139例152眼)、羊膜移植术(144例162眼)。术后随访3￣24个月,观察翼状胬肉的复发情况。结果角膜缘上皮移植组有2只眼复发(1.32%),羊膜移植组有11只眼复发(6.79%),两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论两者均可有效地防止翼状胬肉的复发,而自体角膜缘上皮移植更能有效的减少复发率。

[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of pterygium were trea ted with limbal epithelial transplantation and human amniotic membrane transplan tation. [Methods] 283 cases (314 eyes) of pterygium were excised under microsc ope with limbal epithelial transplantation (139 cases, 152 eyes), human amniotic membrane transplantation (144 cases, 162 eyes). The postoperative follow-up was 3~24 months, the recurrent state of pterygium was observed. [Results] Two eye s recurred in limbal epithelial transplantation group (1.32%), eleven eyes recur red in human amniotic membrane transplantation group (6.79%), the differences we re significant between the two group. [Conclusions] Both of transplantation ca n more effectively prevent pterygium from recurring,but autologous limbal epithe lial transplantation can more effectively reduce the recurrent rate.
