肺栓塞的影像诊断

Image Diagnosis on Pulmonary Embolism
摘要
目的:提高胸部X线平片、CT对肺栓塞诊断的认识。方法:对26例肺栓塞的影像学表现进行回顾性分析。结果:胸部X线平片中11例肺血管纹理改变为肺少血“缺血区”,6例表现多发小片斑片影,5例肺浸润或肺不张影,5例胸部X线平片无阳性表现。而CT阳性率为100%。结论:两者各具优缺点,两者结合,更有利于肺栓塞的诊断和治疗。
