经后腹腔镜与开放手术治疗肾囊肿的比较

Comparison of retroperitoneal laparoscopy with open surgery in treatment of renal cyst unroofing

目的比较经后腹腔镜与开放手术治疗肾囊肿的疗效。方法回顾性分析经后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术和开放性肾囊肿去顶术各32例患者的临床资料并比较两组的手术时间、术中失血量和术后住院天数等指标。结果两组患者在手术时间、术中失血量和术后住院天数比较差异有显著性。结论经后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术优于开放性手术且具有创伤小、出血少和康复快等优点。

Objective] To compare retroperitoneal laparoscopic with open renal cyst unroofing. [Methods] 64 patients with renal cyst (32 treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing, 32 by open renal cyst unroofing) were retrospectively analyzed and compared among operative time and blood loss and postoperative recover time. [Results] Retroperitoneal laparoscopic group had significant less operative time, less blood loss and shorter hospital stay than that of the open surgical group (P <0.05). [Conclusions] The retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing, which is superior to open renal cyst unroofing, has the advantages of less trauma and bleed and rapid recover.
