鼻内镜支撑喉镜下声带小结热凝术

Coagulating of vocal nodulos under nasal endo sloppy and larygofissure

目的探讨鼻内镜支撑喉镜下声带小结微波热凝术的疗效。方法采用鼻内镜支撑喉镜手术,行声带小结热凝术。结果对68例患者术后2￣5个月疗效观察表明,该方法安全,彻底地去除病变,特别是较小的小结,较好地改善患者的声嘶。结论该方法与传统的术式相比较,具有安全、精确,损伤小等优点,具有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective] To explore the cwrative effect of cougwlating of vocal noclules under nasal endoscopy and larygofissure.[Methods] Hot-lowgulating the vocal nodules under endoslopy and surported-laryngoslope. [Results] The observation of the outcome of 68 pationts undergoing this oporation after 2~5 months postoperation showed that this technigne could remove the patho logical changes safety and completely especially the more little nodules, and improve the pations hoarsenss. [Conclusions] Compared with the tranditional surgery, it has auvantages of sufety and lasting curatire effect, the good ralue of clinical upplication.
