摘要
从合成条件和产品收率的影响因素等方面研究了硫酸铝催化剂在合成醛酮类香精香料中催化作用。研究表明,合成缩醛酮类的最佳反应条件为:环己烷为反应溶剂,催化剂重量为0.55g,反应物醛(酮)与醇的量之比为2∶3,反应时间为100min时,反应效果最佳,产率高达88%以上。
In this paper ,the conditions and influent factors of the product yield in synthezing flavor and essence of aldehyde(ketone) with Al2(SO4)3·18 H2O as a catalyst. Optimal operation conditions and main factors affecting the yield were determined.The study showed reaction conditions was optimal when the solvent is cyclohexane,the catalyst is 0.55 g,n(aldehyde(ketone))∶n( alcohol) is 2∶3 and reaction time is 100 min. The yield of condensed aldehyde(ketone) was over 88%.
