摘要
采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了河北省17种粮食作物中铁、锌的含量。在本实验条件下,线性关系良好,线性相关系数分别为0.9995和0.9998。铁和锌的回收率分别为97.4%和101.7%。方法快捷、简便、具有良好的精密度和准确度。
The article describes by m eans of flam e absorption spectrom etry to test the content of m icro Fe and Zn in seven-teen kinds of crops grown in H ebei Province.The linearity were fairly good ,were 0.9995and 0.9998respectively.The averagerecoveries were 97.4% and 101.7%.The m ethod is sim ple,rapid and accurate.
