摘要
近年来,国际上频繁发生的操作风险事故使商业银行蒙受了巨额损失,引起了银行监管部门的高度重视。国际上,巴塞尔委员会采取高级的资本计量方法,建立了一套针对操作风险管理的特殊框架和程序,对我国的银行业和监管层具有一定的借鉴意义。
In recent years, the operation risk accident frequently makes the commercial banks suffer huge losses in the world that have caused the great attention of the bank's supervision department. Basel Committee took advanced capital metering method to set up a special frame and procedure of operation risk regulation, which used for reference to the banking and supervision of our country.
