自制人字形支撑引流管治疗尿道断裂狭窄的临床研究

The Clinic Study of Urethra Rupture and Urethra Stricturetreated by"人"Shape Drainage Stent of Urethra

目的:提高骨盆骨折后尿道断裂及尿道狭窄手术治疗效果,并对该扩张引流方式对下尿路尿流动力学方面的影响作初步的研究。方法:对骨盆骨折后尿道断裂及尿道狭窄患者各32例行尿道会师牵引,尿道内置入人字形尿道持续扩张引流管持续尿道扩张3个月。置管期间及拔管后分别监测尿流率、膀胱收缩压、膀胱尿道造影。结果:64例患者治愈63例,治愈率98.43%。结论:此术式简便易行,安全有效,可显著降低尿道感染及狭窄的发生,提高治愈率及生活质量,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To improvesurgery effect of urethra rupture and urethra stricture and study lower urodynamic of this dilation treatment by '人' shape drainage stent of urethra.Methods The 64 patients ofurethra rupture and urethra stricture have been treatedby '人'shape drainage stent of urethra and inspect urine flow rate, bladder contract press and voiding cystourethrography.Results 63 cases have been cured, the cure rate is 98.43 %.Conclusions This method can reduce urethra infect and stricture and improve cure rate and living quality,thus it is easy and feasible and worth being used generalized.
