CT引导下经皮穿刺腰椎间盘摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出的临床应用

The Clinical Use of ALPD to Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Conducted by CT

目的:研究和探讨CT引导下经皮穿刺腰椎间盘髓核摘除术(APLD)治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:25例腰椎间盘突出症的病例均采用滕氏ITR-VI改进型螺旋式自动腰椎间盘摘除仪治疗。结果:全部患者术后症状体征消失,完全能从事原来的工作和生活,优良率达99%。结论:APLD对腰椎间盘治疗效果满意,创伤小,安全、可靠,简便易行、经济,是腰椎间盘突出症的一种有效治疗方法。

Objective To evaluate and discuss the clinical effect of APLD to prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc conducted by CT.Methods 25 patients of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were operated by Teng,ITR-VI improving type spiratity ALPD apparatus.Results The symptoms and physical signs of all the patients disappeared, the patients were able to work and lead a life as they used to be.the choiceness rate was 99 %.Conclusion APLD to prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc,which clinical effects were satisfying,wound was little.It was asafety,reliable,easy and economical. It was a effective treatment to prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.
