摘要
应用自行研制组装的血清骨钙素（ＢＧＰ）ＲＩＡ试剂盒，对１４４例正常人和１７６例不同骨病患者的血清ＢＧＰ含量进行了测定．结果显示，血中ＢＧＰ含量的升降，反映了不同骨病时成骨细胞的功能状态，表明ＢＧＰ与骨疾病的发生有密切关系．这对研究骨病的发病机理、诊断和疗效分析，提供了一项有意义的指标．
Abstract The serum BGP levels of various kinds of osteal disorders (n= 198), including ostarthroc rigidity,osteodeformity, osteotuberculosis, osteoporosis, rickets, osteoma, uremia diabetes, hyperthyroidism and pregnancy were measured and compared with a control group of healthy subjects (n= 144) by using a RIA protocol devised by ourselves. The results revealed that the change of serum BGP levels was closely related to osteopathy occurrence and might reflect the different function stages of osteoblasts.
