摘要
文章从淀粉粒结构、籽粒硬度、淀粉的遗传规律、Wx基因作用及氮、磷肥对淀粉的调节效应等几方面对小麦淀粉与品质的关系加以综述。
The effect of starch grain structure, grain hardness, genetics of starch, Wx gene function, the application of nitrogen and phosphate fertilizer on the starch, as well as, the relationship between starch and quality in wheat were summarized.
