The paper presents the design method and way of realization of the distance education system in NEAU. Built on the basis of wideband IP and satellite network, the system is integrated in the functions of distance education, and makes possible the mutual activities of distance education. An added advantage of it is the adaptability to various network conditions and freedom from scale and geographical surroundings.
