摘要 简介了喷涂聚脲弹性体的技术特点和优势,并对聚脲弹性体材料在室内进行了加速腐蚀试验及现场验证检测。结果表明,喷涂聚脲弹性体可有效地防止挡潮闸钢闸门的腐蚀,具有较长期的经济效益。 A brief introduction was given on polyurea elastomer spraying as a new corrosion protection method for the steel gate of tide lock. The technical characteristics and advantages of the process were summarized, and accelerated corrosion test and field test were carried out to verify its validity in practice. It was found that the sprayed polyurea elastomer could be used to efficiently prevent the steel gate from corrosion, and the technology could have enormous long-term economic benefit.
