摘要
针对盘江煤电公司新井公司7#煤层煤与瓦斯突出特点,运用流变理论,使在防突过程中采取的防突措施具有针对性,把握了防突的规律性,体现了流变理论的科学性。总结出适合7#煤层突出预测预报的方法和临界指标,再一次证实了流变理论的正确性。
In this paper, the author, countering the characteristics of No.7 seam of this mine, applied the rheological theory to make the outburst prevention measures to be taken in the prevention and control process of coal and gas outburst having aim-ness, this can grasp the regularity of coal and gas outburst and embody the scientific property of the rheological theory. The author also summarized the prediction method and critical values suitable for coal and gas outburst in No.7 seam, which further proved the rightness of the rheological theory.
