Development of Auto-shifting Device of Auxiliary Fan

简要介绍了矿井掘进工作面专供工作风机和动力备用风机开停的自动切换工作原理,并通过现场应用,有效实施了工作风机和备用风机的开停自动切换,从而确保了掘进工作面连续正常供风,杜绝了瓦斯超限事故,取得了良好的经济效益和应用效果。

This paper described the working principle of the auto-shifting device of the active fan ad stand-by fan used in the heading face of the mine during switching on and off of the fan. The site application that this device can effective and automatically shift the active and stand-by fans, this thus guarantees continuous and normal air supply in the heading face, puts an end to the occurrence of disallowed gas concentration and obtains good economic benefit and applicable result.
