1110例口服葡萄糖耐量试验不良反应及影响因素的探讨 被引量:10

摘要 对1110例口服75克葡萄糖耐量试验不良反应发生及其影响因素进行了观察,结果表明:受试者服糖后不良反应以恶心最为常见,其它有头晕、心慌、返酸等,不良反应总的发生率为52.43%。性别、禁食时间、服糖水速度、溶解葡萄糖水量、胃肠道疾病的存在、血糖水平等与不良反应的发生有一定的关系。建议:服糖水速度以2~5min为宜;糖水温度应低于40℃;禁食时间以14h左右为佳。 The observation of the Side-effects and influent factores after 75g OGTT indioated that the aotal rate of side-effects was 52. 43%. After OGTT the commonest side-effect was vomiting. Others were dizzy and palpitation. The side-effects were also related to age, sex,starvation, speed of taking glucose water, water volum of dissolving glucose , gastrointestinal diseases,blood glucose level, etc. It was recommoded in this paper that the speed of taking glucose water should be 3-5 miuntes, the water temperature below 40℃ and starvation about 14 hours.
