摘要
研究了烧结技术对氮化硅陶瓷显微结构和力学性能的影响。合适的工艺参数能促使β-Si3N4柱状晶生长,长径比增大,使材料的抗弯强度和断裂韧性增加。
In this paper, the influence of sintering technology on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the silicon nitride ceramic were studied. The proper fabricating parameters can obviously spur the growth of β-Si_3N_4 columnar crystals , raise its aspect ratio of length to radius, and increase the flexural strength and fracture toughness.
