摘要
目的观察心理应激对雌性大鼠海马NA、5HT与下丘脑GnRH含量的影响。方法采用声光电复合刺激引起心理应激获得大鼠卵巢内分泌功能降低模型,用化学荧光法检测模型大鼠海马NA、5HT;用放免法检测下丘脑GnRH含量。结果模型大鼠海马NA水平下降、5HT水平升高,下丘脑GnRH含量降低,但下丘脑GnRH含量与海马NE、5H水平间并无直接相关性。结论心理应激雌性致大鼠海马神经递质NA、5HT紊乱,并且下丘脑GnRH含量下降,但无直接相关性,提示下丘脑GnRH神经元活动受多种因素的调控。
Objective To study the neurotransmitter NA, 5-HT levels in hippocampus and content changes of GnRH in hypothalamus in the female rats exposed to psychologic stress. Methods The ovarian endocrine dysfunction in female rat model was established by a complex stimulus of sound,light and electricity. Neurotransmitter NA and 5-HT levels in hippocampus and contents of GnRH in hypothalamus were respectively examined by chemiluminescence method and radioimmunoassay. Results NA level significantly decreased, and 5-HT level significantly increased in hippocampus while the content of GnRH in hypothalamus significantly decreased in rat model.But there were no direct correlations among these changes. Conclusions The female rats exposed to psychologic stress could have inordinate neurotransmitters NA, 5-HT levels in hippocampus and decreased content of GnRH in hypothalamus.
