摘要
研究了光照条件、蔗糖含量、聚乙二醇(PEG6000)、脱落酸(ABA)及椰乳等因素对龙眼体胚成熟过程中淀粉含量变化的影响.结果表明:在光照低糖(质量分数为2%,下同)、光照高糖(质量分数为5%,下同)、黑暗低糖加PEG6000的作用下,龙眼体胚成熟过程中淀粉含量变化相似,整个成熟过程中呈单峰型;在黑暗低糖、黑暗低糖加ABA、黑暗高糖加ABA、黑暗高糖加椰乳作用下,龙眼体胚成熟过程中淀粉含量变化呈双峰型.在黑暗和高糖作用下且经历正常成熟的体胚中淀粉含量变化也很相似,总趋势都是上升的.
Effects of the factors such as light, sucrose contents, polyethylene glycol(PEG), abscisic acid(ABA) and coconut milk on the changes of the contents of starches in the process of longan somatic embryo maturation were studied in this experiment. The results showed that the changes of the starch contents were similar in the treatments with low contents of sucrose (mass fraction of 2%) in the light, high contents of sucrose (mass fraction of 5%) in the light, or low contents of sucrose (mass fraction of 2%) and PEG6000 in darkness, and there existed only 1 peak during somatic embryo maturation, while 2 peaks in the treatments with low contents of sucrose (mass fraction of 2%) in darkness, low contents of sucrose (mass fraction of 2%) and ABA in darkness, high contents of sucrose (mass fraction of 5%) and ABA in darkness, high contents of sucrose (mass fraction of 5%) and coconut milk (mass fraction of 5%) in darkness. In the treatments supplemented with sucrose (mass fraction of 5%) in darkness, the changes of the starch contents of the embryoids of longan cultivars or lines “Honghezi I”, “HongheziⅡ” and “Shieryuelongyan” were also similar, with ascending trend.
