NaCl胁迫及外源Ca^(2+)处理下甘薯幼苗叶片多胺水平的变化 被引量:12

摘要 结果表明:甘薯叶片腐胺(Put)、亚精胺(Spd)、精胺(Spm)含量随盐胁迫强度的增强而显著提高;盐胁迫加上外源Ca2+处理,使甘薯叶片多胺累积速率降低,但其含量明显高于仅盐胁迫处理的;两者处理的甘薯叶片多胺含量变化趋势相似,但耐盐品种多胺含量均超过不耐盐品种. The results were as follows: the contents of putrescine, spermidine and spermine increased with the increase of salt stress; the accumulation rate of polyamines in sweet potato leaves decreased under salt stress and Ca^2+ treatment, but its content was higher than that under only salt stress treatment; there were similar changes of polyamine conten in sweet potato leaves in the two treatments, but the accumulation of polyamines in salt-tolerant varieties was more than that in salt-sensitive ones.
