抗热应激中草药添加剂对奶牛血液生化指标和小白鼠热应激模型ACTH指标的影响

Effect of traditional Chinese herbal medicine for thermoresistant stress alleviation on the blood biochemical indices in dairy cow and the adrenocorticotrophic hormone indices of albino rat thermoresistant stress model

中草药饲料添加剂作为奶牛夏季抗热应激缓冲剂,在提高奶牛产奶量的同时,还能提高奶牛血液中的皮质醇指标.试验还采用高温法制作小白鼠热应激模型.结果表明,饲喂中草药的试验组能提高小白鼠的存活率,也能影响促肾上腺皮质激素的分泌,由此证明了中草药抗热应激缓冲剂对奶牛夏季热应激有可能是通过提高皮质醇等激素的分泌而显示出效用.

The traditional Chinese herbal medical feed-additive used as thermoresistant stress alleviation for dairy cow in summer not only increased the milk production but also enhanced the blood cortisol indices in dairy cow. Meanwhile, an albino rat thermoresistant stress model was set up by the high-temperature-method in the test. It is discovered that feeding the traditional Chinese herbal medicine raised the survival rate of albino rat and affected the secretion of its adrenocorticotrophic hormone. Accordingly it is proved that the traditional Chinese herbal medicine for dairy cow thermoresistant stress alleviation in summer performed its role by increasing the secretion of cortisol and other hormones.
