摘要
通过热泵系统达到了定量气体在干燥系统内循环除湿效果;采用双层链带式输送装置和滚动阀机构实现设备在闭气条件下的连续输送和定量进出料目的;采用表冷凝器+小水池+蒸发器形成的水循环除湿系统,有效解决干制加工初期压缩机除湿负载太大问题;采用燃烧降氧法在实现气调的同时充分利用热能.设备在节能和提高干制品质量方面达到良好的效果.
The chain-belt controlled atmosphere drying equipment was expounded. By means of heat pump system the circle dehumideration in the drying process was accoplished. The continuous production was realized by chain-trasportation. In the light of circulation quantitative gas in system rolling valves were used to isolate gas and fix quantity of ingoing and outgoing materials. The problem that the dehumidifying load is too much for compressor is solved by using water-circling dehumidifying system, including condensator, pool and evaporator. By means of the method of burning oxygen the adjustment of gas was realized and the energy was saved, thus the drying quality was raised with this equipment.
