两段式方坯结晶器内电磁场分布及弯月面行为 被引量:3

摘要 研究了4个不同材质和连接方式的软接触电磁连铸用两段式方坯结晶器内的磁场分布规律,并采用Sn作为钢液的模拟工质测量了结晶器内的弯月面高度。研究表明:①当线圈顶部高于连接面35mm,内部金属液面高于连接面20mm时,结晶器内磁场分布较均匀,相对应的弯月面也较高;②相同材料两段式结晶器采用焊接法比机械连接法效果好;③结晶器壁产生的感应电流是影响结晶器内部磁场的重要因素;④两段式结晶器上部材料应选择电导率和磁化率都较低的材料。 In order to get the SC-EMC (soft-contact electromagnetic continuous casting) billet mold with reasonable material and structure, the distribution of magnetic flux density in the four two-stage molds was investigated experimentally, and the height of metal meniscus was measured where Sn was used as simulated media of molten steel. The molds were made by different materials and joined by welding or mechanical method. The results indicate that: (1) when the top of coil is above the joint 35 mm and the molten melt is above the joint 20 mm, the magnetic flux density in the mold is more uniform and the corresponding meniscus is higher than those in other case. (2) The method of welding is better than the method of mechanical connection for the two-stage mold with same material. (3)The induced current in the molds also has important effects on the inner magnetic flux density of two-stage mold. (4) The susceptibility and conductance are both important factors for the choice of two-stage SC-EMC mold material.
