摘要
研究了Al-Ti-C中间合金对Al-Mg-Si系铝合金的组织及性能的影响,并从理论上分析了Al-Ti-C的作用机理。结果表明,Al-Ti-C中间合金(0.22%左右)对铸态组织具有强烈的细化作用,0.22%的Al-Ti-C处理剂能使材料的导电率提高3%左右,0.20%的铝钛碳处理剂对材料的腐蚀性能及抗拉强度影响显著。
The experiment studies the influence of Al-Ti-C on textures and property of Al-Mg-Si aluminum alloy, and analyses the effect mechanism of Al-Ti-C theoretically. The results indicate that the Al-Ti-C (about 0.22%) has the strong grain refining effect on as cast microstructure of Al-Mg-Si alloys.The addition of 0.22% Al-Ti-C master alloy improves by 3% of the electric conductivity, and adding 0.20% Al-Ti-C refiner to Al-Mg-Si alloys can influence the corrosion resistance and the tensile strength significantly.(3.
