有关胎教的研究

摘要 为了探讨胎教的科学性及有用性,我们自1985年以来系统地进行了以下几方面的研究。 1、胎儿对音响的应答反应: 中期妊娠要求引产的孕妇36例,按孕周分为四组。经腹壁放置录放机,按次播放5种不同声级动态范围的乐曲,同时用B超观察胎儿心跳数和胎动的变化。结果孕16—20周组胎儿时音响无应答反应;孕21—32周组胎儿对音响有不同程度的应答反应,主要表现胎心增快,胎动增加。 2、胎儿对光照的应答反应: 中期妊娠要求引产的孕妇10例。腹壁上方放置100瓦白炽灯泡,照射前后5分钟经B超观察胎心及胎动变化。结果,胎心数变化不大,但胎动频繁并可出现膈肌痉挛。 3、噪音刺激后胎儿脑组织超微结构改变: 孕28周要求引产的孕妇观察组3例,对照组2例。观察组孕妇经腹壁播送噪音持续一周,然后行水囊引产,即刻取婴儿脑组织的颞横面(听区),固定切片后,透射电镜观察。结果发现观察组较对照组有变性的细胞改变。 4、音乐胎教婴幼儿听觉脑干诱发电位检测(ABR): 产后42—96天的音乐胎教婴幼儿13例,对照组22例。ABR测试结果Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ各波潜伏期两组间具有显著差异。组间差异除Ⅲ—Ⅴ外也有显著差异。反应阈值两组间有高显著性差异(P<0.01)。 5、胎教儿童的追访: 无选择地追访到胎教儿童30名。设对照组儿童30名。调查出生后动作。 Since 1983, we have done some research from the several phases as follows for the purpose to certificate the reality and usefullness of foetus. education. 1. Foetus reaction to sounds 2. Foetus reaction to light. 3. Super-microstructure change of foetus cere bral tissue after sound stimulating. 4. ABR measurment of infant having foetus education. 5. Following up to childem having foetus education. Tge result shows that there is information exchanged between foetus and its mother during pregnancy ard provides the scientific evidence by the fact that sensational organs are better developed by foetus education, especially by music education. What is more, it is a continuned prosecess from foetus period to newborn period and to infant period, so combining foetus education with early infant education is a possible way to increase the quality of our population.
