ABC－ELISA法检测脑脊液抗PPD－IgG及其临床意义

Detection and clinical significance of PPD-IgGantibody in cerebrospinal fluid by ABC-ELISAmethod.

用ＡＢＣ－ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测５５例结脑和３７例非结脑患者脑脊液抗ＰＰＤ－ＩｇＧ并与ＥＬＩＳＡ法比较。结果两法阳性率分别为９６．４％和８３．６％，ＡＢＣ－ＥＬＩＳＡ法的敏感性高于ＥＬＩＳＡ法，Ｐ＜０．０５，而两法特异性均为９７．３％。同时检测结脑患者脑脊液和血清抗ＰＰＤ－ＩｇＧ，脑脊液阳性率为９６．４％高于血清阳性率为８５．５％，Ｐ＜０．０５。结果表明本法可为结脑诊断的一种辅助方法。

PD-IgG antibody in cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)of 55 patients with tuberculous meningitis(TBM)and37 patients with non-TBM was detennined byABC-ELISA method,and compared with ELISA.The positive rate of ABC-ELISA and ELISA was96.4% and 83.6% respectively (P<0.05).Specificity oftwo methods was 97.3%。Meanwhile the positive ratein CSF(96.4%)is markedly higher than that in sera(85.5%)(P<0.05).The results showed that this meth-od can be as a supporting method for diagnosis ofTBM.
