摘要
本文发展了一个从传感器、放大器、记录仪、分析仪到微型计算机的整套温度波测试分析系统。文中介绍了用于温度波测量的铠装热电偶的安装与引线以及温度波信号的放大与屏蔽方法。对4135型柴油机气缸盖壁面温度波进行了测量和分析。对不同负荷下的温度波以及不同粗细热电偶所测得的温度波进行了比较。在额定工况下,气缸盖壁面温度波为30℃左右。
This paper develops a measuring and analytical system for temperature fluctuation. This system covers a sensor, an amplifier, a recorder, an analyser and a microcomputer. The method for installing the armour thermocouple used to measure temperature fluctuation is describe. dThe methods for amplifying and shielding temprerature fluctuation signals are also described. The temperature flucttations in the cylinder head wall of 4135 type diesel engines are measured and analysed. The temperature fluctuations measured both under different loads and with thermocouples of different sizes are compared. The temperature fluctuation value of the cylinder head wall under 1500r/min and full load is about 30℃.
