少年儿童颞下颌关节紊乱综合征患者正畸治疗后合接触点变化的研究

Occlusal contact changes before and after of thodon-tic treatmemt of TMJD patients in children and ado-Iescents

为探讨儿童及少年颞下颌关节紊乱综合征（ＴＭＪＤ）患者的接触状况，本研究利用接触点计算机图像分析系统，对３２例少年儿童ＴＭＪＤ患者正畸治疗前后正中位的硅橡胶咬合记录进行了定性与定量分析。结果表明，正畸治疗减少了前牙接触点数目；减小了每个接触点的平均面积；增加了正中止接触部位的接触点；减少了斜面接触类型。作者认为，正畸治疗可以提高少年儿童ＴＭＪＤ患者型的稳定性。

AbstractOcclusal contacts were examined in a Sample of32, 8- 17 Years old TMJD patients before and afterorthodontic trearment. Computer-aided Video sys-tem was applied to the silicone occlusal record ob-tained in the intercuspid position to assess the quanti-tative and qualitative changes of occlusal contacts.The results showed that after orthodontic treatment .the mean number of contacts on anterior teeth decreased , the mean area per contact decreased ,the loca-tion of contacts on centric stops increased and thecontacts on inclined plane were decreased. All of thesein dicated that the occlusal stability increased after orthodontic treatment.
