椎动脉血流失衡状态对椎基底动脉供血不足的影响作用

The Imbalance of Vertebral Artery's Blood Flow Have An Effect on Vertebral-Basilar Insufficiency

目的：研究椎动脉（VA）血流失衡与推基底动脉供血不足与眩晕的关系。材料和方法：应用超声多普勒检测双侧VA内径（D）及收缩期最大流速（Vmax），并计算左右差。结果：VBI组VA的D与Vmax左右差增大明显多于健康组（P＜0.01）。VA异常有五种表现类型。结论：VA的D与Vmax左右差增大有病理意义，是导致VBI患者眩晕的影响因素。

Purpose:It researched the relation between the imbalance of the vertebral artery's blood flow andvertigo due to vertebrolis - basilas insufficiency. Materials and Methods: Bi - side VA's diameter (D)and systolicmaximum velocity (Vmax) were tested by ultrasonic Doppler. The difference between left and right was computed,and then,the results were compared with the healthy group. Result:The Vmax and the difference of diameter between left and right of VBI group are obviously greater thah those of the healthy group (P<0.01). There are fivetypes of abnormal changes on VA. Conclusion:The enlarged diameter of VA and great difference between left andright are of pathological significance,they are the factors that lead to the vertigo of VBI patients.
