周围静脉疾病声像学检查的前瞻性研究

Prospective Study of Ultrasonography in Peripheral Venous Diseases

目的：为评价CDUS在周围静脉疾病检查中的价值，总结常见病的声像学特征。材料和方法：1994年10月～1997年5月研究了129例病人的声像学资料，男77例，女52例，平均36岁。经顺行静脉造影对照观察或／和手术病理及临床观察确诊。结果：共4种（类）疾病，155条（处）病变血管，CDUS显示151条（处），诊断符合率为974％。结论：CDUS能全面观察病变区管腔、管壁、管局结构及血流状况，有利于疾病的定性诊断。

Purpose:To evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasound(CDUS) in peripheral venous disease.Materials and methods: 129 cases were analyzed between October 1994 and May 1997. These patients consist of 77men and 52 women, the age mean 36 years old, It was compared with the results of ascending venography,operationor clinical follow up. Results: 151 vessels (or site)were displayed in 4 kinds, 155 vessels (or site )by CDUS. The co-incident rate was 97. 4 %. Conclusion:CDUS can comprehensively display the vessel wall,lumen,surrounding struc-tures and change of blood flow. It was helpful to the qualitative diagnosis of the diseases.
