典型偏头痛患者血小板聚集功能与脑血流速度相关性研究

Correlation between Platelet Aggregative Function and Cerebral blood Flew Velocity in Migraine Patients with Aura

目的：探讨典型偏头痛患者发作期血小板聚集功能与脑血流速度的关系及其意义。材料与方法：本文对38例典型偏头痛患者发作期及40例对照组进行同步血小板聚集率和脑血流速度测定。结果：发现典型偏头痛患者上述指标比对照组明显增高，直线相关分析表明，血小板聚集率增高程度与脑血流速度增决程度呈正相关。结论：提示血小板聚集率的增高可能是导致偏头痛发作的重要因素之一，为探索偏头痛的发病机制，指导预防和治疗偏头痛，具有十分重要的实用价值。

Purpose:To investigate the relationship between the platelet aggregative function (PAg) and thecerebral blood flew velocity (CBF) in migraine patients with aura.Materials and methods : Thirty eight migraine pa-tients with aura and 40 control cases were measured PAg and CBF. Results:PAg and CBF in migraine group wereincreased significantly and positively correlated each other. Conclusion :The increase of PAg might be one of the im-portant factors for an attack of migraine with aura. The results were very important value for discusing the patho-genesis of migraine,preventing and treating migraine.
