摘要 目的:探讨恶性肿瘤患者放射治疗局部软组织浓聚骨显像剂的影像变化。材料与方法:53例乳腺癌、30例鼻咽癌、49例肺癌、22例食管癌患者行99Tc—MDP全身骨显像,观察放射治疗局部软组织浓聚骨显像剂的情况。结果:154例患者中47例(30.5%)局部软组织浓聚。照射剂量<30Gy组,16.1%(10/62)出现软组织浓聚,照射剂量≥30Gy组,40.2%(37/92)出现软组织浓聚,两者差异有显著性。结论:放射治疗可引起软组织弥漫性浓聚骨显像剂,软组织浓聚骨显像剂与放射治疗受照剂量有关。 Purpose:To evaluate the changes of soft tissue radiopharmaceutical uptake in the radiation port onbone scans. Materials and methods: 53 patients with breast cancer, 30 patients with nasopharyngeal cancer, 49 patients with lung cancer and 22 patients with esophageal cancer were studied to investigate the changes of the irradiated soft tissue accumulation of 99mTc methylene diphosphonate (MDP ). Results: 47 ont of 154 patient s (30. 5%)had soft -tissue accumulation of 99mTc-MDP in the irradiated region. In the group of irradiated doses<30Gy,16. 1 % (10/62)showed soft tissue accumulation of 99mTc-MDP. In the group of irradiated doses≥30Gy,40. 2%(37/92)had soft tissue accumulation of 99mTo-MDP. The difference was significant (P<0. 01 ). Conclusions: Themassive soft tissue uptake of bone agent was caused by radiotherapy. The relationship between irradiated doses andsoft tissue uptake was confirmed by the study.
