全口义齿前牙合接触对咀嚼功能的影响

Influence of anterior occlusal contacts of completedentures on mastication

对１０名无牙颌患者，进行了戴用全口义齿前牙有无接触两种情况下的光检查和咀嚼功能分析。结果表明，正中位时各牙位最大接触强度值非常接近，无明显变化趋势。当前牙有接触时，其接触强度相对较大，影响颞肌前束的功能状态，使咀嚼效率降低。两种情况下，咀嚼效率的差别有显著性。

AbstractThe photocclusion and mastication analysis ofthe complete dentures with or without the anteriorocclusal contacts were made. The results indicatedthat there was no obvious difference among the maxi-mum occlusal contact intensities of each tooth posi-tion in central occlusion. Under the functional condi-tion the activity of the anterior temperal muscles wasinfluenced and the mastication efficiency was de-creased by the relatively stronger anterior occlsualcontacts.
