冠心病患者血清中超氧化物歧化酶活力及丙二醛含量变化的观察

摘要 目的 了解冠心病与病理性脂质过氧化反应的关系;方法 采用核黄素光照法和改良硫代巴比妥显色法联合检测了30 例冠心病患者及40 例年龄相匹配的健康老年人血清中的Cu - Zn - SOD、Mn - SOD 活力和MDA 含量,数据经t 检验;结果 冠心病人血清中总- SOD、Cu .Zn - SOD、Mn - SOD 较正常健康者均显著降低,( P< 0 .01) ,而MDA 则明显升高( P< 0 .01) ;结论 冠心病人体内的病理性脂质过氧化反应明显增强。 Objective To study the relations between coronary heart disease ( CHD) and pathologic liposuperoxidized reactions. Methods By combining application of Riboflavin luminescence method and modified Thiobarbital colorimetric method to detect the activities of Cu Zn-SOD,Mn-SOD and MDA contents in 30 cases of CHD and comparing with 40 cases of similar aged healthy old people. Results The activities of T-SOD, Cu Zn-SOD and Mn-SOD in the sera of patients with CHD were significantly decreased than that in normal healthy persons (P<0.01) , but MDA contents were significantly increased(P<0.01) . Conclusion The pathologic lipo-superoxidized reactions are obviously increased in the body of patients with coronary heart disease.
