Putting a Double- cavity Drainage Tube Treating Fifty Patients with Cerebral Hemorrage

目的 探讨钻颅置入双腔引流管在灌注尿激酶治疗脑出血中的临床应用价值；方法 采用钻颅碎吸血肿后向血肿腔或脑室置入双腔管，并用尿激酶经双腔管之内套管灌注，生理盐水持续冲洗引流；结果 手术后无１ 例堵管，拔管时间均不超过４ 天，血肿清除较彻底，无颅内感染发生；结论 利用钻颅置入双腔引流管灌注尿激酶治疗脑出血疗效提高，能减少并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the value of clinical practice of installing a double- cavity drainage tube through which the urokinase was poured into by the way of drilling in the cranium to treat cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Putting a double-cavity drainage tube by punching the cranium into the hematoma cavity or ventricles of brain where the extravasated blood has been smashed. Then, pouring the urokinase into the hematoma cavity through the inner one of the double-cavity drainage tube, Meanwhile, using physiological saline to rinse and drain the hematoma cavity continuously. Results No blocking up or intracranial infection happened after the operation. The hematoma was more completely cleared away and the time to put away the tube was not more than 4 days.Conclusion The method of installing a double- cavity drainage tube through which poured into the urokinase has a better curative effect in treating cerebral hemorrage and leads much less complications as well.
