经皮穿刺切割椎间盘治疗腰椎间盘突出症42例

Treatment for Protrusion of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc by Percutaneous Transhepatic Cutting:Report of 42 Cases

目的 探讨经皮穿刺切割椎间盘治疗腰椎间盘突出症（ＰＬＤ） 的应用价值及其影响疗效的因素；方法 采用ＡＰＤ－ Ⅳ型椎间盘切割器对４２ 例腰椎间盘突出患者进行了椎间盘切割治疗；结果 本组４２ 例穿刺成功率１００ ％ ，术后立即有效率１００ ％ 。经半年随访观察，有效率９２ ．８６ ％ 。无严重并发症发生；结论 ＰＬＤ对腰椎间盘突出症的治疗是一种有价值的方法，因为它安全高效；对影响治疗效果的因素进行了讨论。

Objective To evaluate the values of percutaneous transhepatic cutting in treating protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc and factors which had influence on curative effects. Methods Using APD-IV type diskectomy set in 42 cases of PLD.Results The successful rate of these 42 cases was 100%.The effective rates were 100% meanwhile.It was essential to follow up half a year, the effective rates were 92.86%,without serious complications. Conclusion The percutaneous diskectomy in the treatment of lumbar discprotrusions is a valuable method for its safety and high curative effect. The factors influencing on treatment effects results were discussed.
