摘要
本文对渐开线点啮合齿轮减速器进行了性能试验、接触疲劳强度和弯曲疲劳强度试验,同时还进行了铁谱分析。共运转了426h。试验证明了该齿轮跑合性能好,其接触疲劳强度比渐开线齿轮提高1.93倍,其弯曲疲劳强度比渐开线齿轮提高15％。铁谱分析表明其磨损量小。
This paper describes the performance test, contact fatigue strength test and bending fatigue strength test on the gear reducer of involute point contact Ferrographical analysis is made. The reducer is put into operation for 426 hours. The result of the experiment proves that the reducer of this type has a good running-in performance, its contact fatigue strength is 2.93 times that of the involute gear, and its bending strength is 15 percent higher than that of the involute gear. The ferrographical analysis shows less wear of the gear reducer of involute point contact as well.
