应用注射器行皮下超量灌注局部脂肪抽吸术

Local Liposuction with Tumescent Technique by Syringe

目的 最大限度地降低脂肪抽吸术后并发症；方法 拟定抽脂区及抽脂量，皮下注入预抽量１ ～１ ．５ 倍的利多卡因混合液，选用合适的注射器及吸脂管形成负压后在脂肪层抽吸，局部塑形，排出积液，加压包扎；结果 共５１ 例，７３ 个部位，除有２８ 个部位出现不同程度的瘀斑外，未发现其它并发症，取得了理想的美容减肥效果；结论 该技术具有创伤小、出血少、所需设备简单、病人不需住院等优点，尤其适应于基层医院开展。

Objective To reduce the complications of liposuction to the lowest limit.Methods Devising region and qauntity of subcutaneous fat; Injecting 1- 1. 5 times mixture of lielocuine into the subcutaneous fat;Liposuction was performed by the right syringe and sucker. After nageline pressure was made, local remodeling, accumulated liquid discharged, pressing and banding. Results There was very satisfactory cosmetic results and the lowest complication.. Conclusion The operation was advantaged with slight trauma, little blood loss,and simple instrument,it can be done in out-patient department,especially it is fit for the basical hospital.
