氟乙酰胺中毒20例对比分析

Comparative Analysis of 20 Cases of Fluoroactamide Poisoning

目的 探讨不同时限内氟乙酰胺中毒治疗情况有关差别；方法 两组间治疗方法相似，两组均经血清学检测；结果 两组间血清学检测结果有显著差异，Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５ ；治疗天数两组间经Ｘ２ 检验，Ｐ＞ ０ ．０５ ，无显著差异；结论 早期应及时用乙酰胺解毒，避免误诊。

Objective To probe whether there was some difference or not in curative effect when the patients were poisoned by fluoroactamide in different time. Methods The patients of two groups have used the same therapy and their serum have been tested.Results The result of their serum test was obviously different ( P <0.05),and the number of treating days by X 2(P>0.05). Conclusion Fluoroactamidum should be used early to avoid disdianosing.
