目的 观察采用多种护理措施减少大剂量激素治疗皮肤病所致副作用和并发症的效果；方法 采取多种护理措施的６４ 例，与未采取措施的副作用和并发症发生率的比较；结果 采取多种护理措施的副作用和并发症发生率３ ．１ ％ ，未采取措施的副作用和并发症发生率１８ ．８ ％ ， 两组相比有高度显著差异。Ｘ２ ＝ ８ ．０２ ，Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１ ； 结论 采取措施的副作用和并发症比未采取措施的明显降低。

Objective To observe a variety of nursing measures and reduce the adverse effects and complications caused by a large dose of hormone in treating skin diseases.Methods Comparing the adverse effects and complications occurring in 64 cases who have taken a variety of measures with those who have not taken any measures.Results The rate of adverse effects and complications of these who have taken a avariety of nursing measures was 3.1% and of those who have not taken measures was 18.8%. So it was obviously different to compare the patients of two groups.( X 2=8.02,P<0.01) Conclusion The adverse effects and complications of these who have taken measures are obviously lower thanthose who have not taken measures.
