First Order Derivative Spectrophotometoy Measuring Content of Cefotaxime Sodium for Injection

目的 探讨注射用头孢噻肟钠含量测定更加简便快速的方法；方法 根据其化学结构的特点，采用一阶导数光谱法测定其含量；结果 测定含量准确可靠且重现性好，平均回收率为９９ ．８７ ％ （ｎ ＝ ５） ，ＲＳＤ 为０ ．６７ ％ ； 结论 可用于头孢噻肟钠原料药中间体和注射用无菌粉末等含量测定。

Objective To make the determination for content of cefotaxime sodium for injection more simple and more rapid.Methods First order derivative spectrophotometry was used for its content according to its characteristics of chemical structure. Results It was accurate and reliable, with good repetition. Average recovery rate was 99.87%(n=5).RSD was 0.67%.Conclusion The method can be used to determine content of cefotaxime sodium for raw materials and middle materials and injections.
