尸体标本防霉的研究

Study on Preventing Corpse from Mildewing

目的 探索引起霉变的因素和防霉的对策； 方法 对霉菌微生物的形态、结构、生长、繁殖诸方面进行研究； 结果 尸体标本霉变是由于尸体标本在消毒、灌注、药物选择、保存及使用过程中留有使霉菌生长繁殖的隐患条件所致； 结论 认为在尸体标本消毒、灌注、药物选择、保存与使用的全过程中切断霉菌生长繁殖的条件，对于防止霉变的发生起着重要的作用。

Objective To find out the mildewyfactors and the way to prevent corpse from mildewing. Methods The shapes,structure,growth,reproduction and other ways of mould microorganism have been studied.Results It showed that the corpse mildewed due to the hidden conditions,which made the mould grow and reproduce, resulting from the proceeding of the sterilization,pour,drug selection,storage and usage.Conclusion Getting rid of growing and reproducing conditions can play an important role in preventing corpse from mildewing.
