脑脊液置换术及地塞米松鞘内注射治疗脑室出血

Treatment of intraventricular hemorrhageby intrathecal injection of dexamethasoneand displacement of cerebrospinal fluid

目的 探讨脑室出血急性期的治疗方法；方法 脑脊液（ＣＳＦ） 置换术及地塞米松鞘内注射联合应用治疗全脑室出血１２ 例，男７ 例，女５ 例，年龄１５ ～６５ 岁；结果 ７ 例治愈，４ 例好转，１ 例死亡；结论 对于ＶＣＲ（脑室颅腔比）小于０．２０５ 的原发性脑室出血或ＶＣＲ 小于０．２０５ 以脑室内出血为主，脑实质内出血量少，且无明显占位效应的继发性脑室出血患者，均宜行脑脊液置换及ＤＸＭ 鞘内注射。

Objective To explore thetreatment method of intraventricularhemorrhage, order to improve their outcome.Methods Twelve Patients with intraventricularhemorrhage were treated with displacement ofcerebrospinal fluid and intrathecalinjection of dexamethasone. In each case,hemrrhage extended into all ventriculerchambers. There were 7 males and 5males, ageranging from 15～-65 years old,averaging 52.9years.Results In these 12 Patients,7 of themrecoverd normally,2 were fair,1 was dead.Conclusion The authors suggest that thisrelatively easy method of treatment may bethe best way for intraventriculer hemorrhage(Ventriculocranial ratio,VCR<0.205).
