精神分裂症患者的抑郁心理相关因素调查分析

Study on the Concerned Factors of Depressed Phychology of Schizophrenia Patients

目的 对社区精神病人的护理工作提供科学的依据；方法 以恢复期精神分裂症患者为研究对象，对其抑郁症状相关因素进行调查；结果 精神分裂症患者产生抑郁症状与文化程度、婚姻、性格、健康状况、家族史有关（ Ｐ＜ ０．０５），逐步回归分析进一步揭示：婚姻问题、家庭成员关系不和睦及情感表达不良是农村社区精神分裂症患者产生抑郁症状的重要因素；结论 针对性地对精神分裂症患者及家庭成员进行科学地护理与指导，为病人创造一个宽松的生活环境，更有利于促进精神康复。

Objective To give some sicientific foundation to nursing job of schizophrenia patients in community.Methods We investigated the concerned factors of the depressed symptoms of schizophrenia patients in the stage of recovery in community. Results The depressed symptoms was related to education,marriage,temper,health and family history.(P<0.05) Stepwise analysis showed that marriage and unharmonious relation of family and badly expressed emotion were the main factors of schizophrenia patients in countryside community.Conclusion It is useful to spirit recovery that we give scientific phychological nursing and guidance to schizophrenia patients and their families,and help the patients set up a relaxing living environment.
