摘要
目的 探讨婴幼儿肺炎并心衰的有效治疗和护理方法。方法 采用酚妥拉明、阿拉明佐治婴幼儿肺炎并心衰，结果经ｔ 检验；结果 治疗组纠正心衰时间为１８．２６ ±２．１２ｈ，对照组纠正心衰时间为２２ ．７１ ±１．９８ｈ，两组比较ｔ＝ ９．５ ，Ｐ＜ ０．０１ 。结论 治疗组经系统治疗和护理，纠正心衰时间明显优于对照组。
Objective To study the effective cure and nursing methods for infant pneumonia and heart weakness.Methods Using Phentolamine and Aramine for infant pneumonia and heart weakness,the results were examined with t.Results The therapeutic group corrected heart weakness for 18.26±2.12 hours;The control group corrected heart weakness for 22.71±1.98 hours.t=9.5,P<0.01。Conclusion Through systemetical treatment and nursing,the time spent correcting heart weakness in the therapeutic group is obviously shorter than that in the control group.
