摘要
目的 总结尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗塞（ＡＭＩ）过程中的护理经验；方法 观察并记录３０ 例尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗塞过程中的护理要点和治疗效果并加以评论；结果 尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗塞疗效显著；结论 溶栓治疗前、中、后的细致护理及预防和治疗并发症可以提高溶栓治疗效果。
Objective To summarize the nursing experinence in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction accepted by intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase.Methods Main points of nursing care and clinical outcome of 30 patients with acute myocardial infarction were recorded and evaluated. Results AMI could be effectively treated by intravenous thrombolytic urokinase.Conclusion Careful mursing care before, during and after the procedure of thrombolysis,prevention and treatment of the thrombolytic complications can improve the curative effect.
