紫外线光疗治疗变异性心绞痛的应用护理

Appliation and Nursing Care of Ultravolet Theapy in the Treatment of Variant Angina Pectoris

目的 探讨紫外线血液光疗在治疗变异性心绞痛中的应用及护理；方法 对８０ 例变异性心绞痛患者行紫外线血液光疗，其疗效与同期常规治疗的８２ 例患者对照和检验；结果 ８０ 例患者中完全控制（ＣＲ）７０ 人，部分控制（ＰＲ）８ 人，无效（ＮＲ）２ 人而对照组８２ 例中ＣＲ６０ 人、ＰＲ１４ 人、ＮＲ８人，相比Ｈ＝ １１２．１２，Ｐ＜ ０．０１ 有明显差异；结论 紫外线血液光疗对缺血性心脏病有非常重要的治疗价值。

Objective To study the appliation and nursing care of ultraviotet therapy in the treatment of variant angina pectoris. Methods 80 cases of variant angina pectoris were treated with blood ultrariolet therapy, then contrast with 82 cases of variant angina pectoris with routine treatment,they did rank sum test.Results In the therapeatic group,70 cases were control completely, partly control 8 cases,inefficiency 2 cases,but in the control group,completely controled 60 cases, partly controled 14 cases, inefficiency 8 cases. There was significant difference between the two groups. (H=112.12, P <0,01). Conclusion Ultraviolet therapy is of very important value in the treatment of ischemic heart disease.
