Prevention and Nursing of Castroesophageal Anastomotic Fistula

目的 预防胃－ 食管吻合口瘘的发生，减少并发症，加快病人康复；方法 对食管贲门癌病人手术前后加强营养，抗感染，术式采用粘膜外翻吻合术治疗；结果 吻合口瘘并发率、死亡人数、平均住院天数有显著差异，Ｐ＜ ０．０５；结论 粘膜外翻吻合术能有效预防吻合口瘘，而手术前后加强营养，控制感染及精心护理也是手术成功的关键。

Objective To prevent gastroesophageal anastomotic fistula effectively,reduce complications and make a quick recovery for the patients. Methods We have increased nutrition for the patients with esophagocardial cancer for anti-infection and treated them with mucous enverting anastomosis. Results There was a significant difference (P<0.005)in the complicated rate,the death rate and the average days of hospitalization of anastomotic fistula. Conclusion Mucous enverting anastomosis can effectively prevent anastomotic fistula.Increasing nutrition controling infection and carefully nursing before and after treatment is a key to a successful operation.
