Analysis on Penicillin False Positive in 400 Males

目的 了解青霉素类假阳性反应发生的原因；方法 将４００ 例男性老年患者随机分为两组用高低两种浓度试液做比较试验，数据经统计学处理； 结果 低浓度试液假阳性率明显低于高浓度试液，Ｐ＜０ ．０１ ， 有显著差异；结论 假阳性反应和皮试液浓度过高有关。

Objective To study the causes of penicillin false positive among males. Methods 400 old male patients were divided into two groups and a comparative experiment with high and low concentration test liquids was made .The data were tested by X 2. Results The false positive rate of low concentration test liquid was much lower than that of high concentration test liquid. There was an obvious difference.(P<0.01) Conclusion The false positive reaction is related to the too high concentration of skin test liquid.
